POISON.

We create unnecessary emotional poison when we make assumptions and take things personally. Often, we start talking about these assumptions, sharing stories that aren’t fully true, and feeding a cycle of misunderstanding. Every time we jump to conclusions or gossip about what we think is happening, we trap ourselves in negativity. True peace comes when we pause, question our assumptions, and choose clarity over drama.
