FIREWALL.

Gossip can be compared to a computer virus.
A computer virus is written in the same language as every other code in the system — it blends in, looks harmless, and often goes unnoticed. But behind it lies harmful intent.

The same goes for gossip. It enters conversations disguised as connection, curiosity, or concern. It sounds like the language of community, but it slowly corrupts the system — trust, energy, and focus.

Most of the time, you don’t even realize it’s been downloaded. One comment leads to another, and suddenly your thoughts are occupied with something that doesn’t serve you. Your mental space — your “hard drive” — gets cluttered with things that don’t belong to you.

Like any virus, the only protection is awareness.
Check the source. Question what’s being shared. Choose not to download what doesn’t align.

Because just like your computer, your mind runs better when it’s clean.
